Formed in 2003, Diamond Security (UK) Ltd is an independent family run company capable of offering professional level of service to meet our customer’s requirements.

Diamond Security offers standard and fully comprehensive maintenance packages, giving the customer choice.

Our standard maintenance package covers maintenance visits as required by current standards and discounted callout rates, excluding parts and labour

Our fully comprehensive package is available for all customers, including system take over and upgrades. This would include standard maintenance visits plus parts and labour including callout charges.

Diamond Security are on the Police Authority list of compliant companies. This means we are able to provide monitored systems complying with the ACPO alarms policy (Association of Chief Police Officers).

In November 2007, Diamond Security (UK) Ltd acquired IDS Security a Bedford based company offering CCTV Systems and Intruder Alarms Installations and Maintenance.

Under the Diamond Security (UK) Ltd guarantee, we reserve the right to alter, change, and replace any equipment at our discretion we believe is unsuitable for the purpose, while maintaining the integrity of the system and its design to ensure full compliance with the relevant standards, at no additional cost to the client.
